While we are all trying to cope with the constant changes to being in business throughout lockdowns and government restrictions it is easy to get caught up with all the things that are out of our control rather than concentrate on positive things that we can do.

#1 Learn to LOVE your Website

This is the No.1 secret weapon for your business.

 

With so much out of your control, so much uncertainty and no guarantees for the future our top tip is to concentrate on your online presence and learn to love your website.

If you already have a website for your business, then now is the ideal opportunity to take a good long look at it and see where it can be improved.

 

Firstly, is your website up to date?

 

You will be surprised by how many business owners set up a website and then never update it.

Your website needs to work for you and right now it is probably the most important asset in your business. It is your shop window available to all your customers 24/7 from the comfort of their sofa during lockdown.

Does your website have information about changes in place since covid-19? What are you doing to help your customers continue using your business? Are you currently closed but offering delivery? Again, we see so many businesses posting on facebook that they are open to take orders for delivery, but they forget to do the same for their website. It is time to give your website some LOVE and get the important updates sorted straight away!

Try answering these questions honestly to find out.

Customers have a short attention span, and they need to find the information they are looking for quickly and easily.
